Work about Hasek in Russian

Yes, a horrible quality pic, but that doesn't matter. Wandering the stacks of a great library is one of life's most satisfying activities. (No, I won't list and rank life's most satisfying activites here :)

At any rate, poking around where the Czech lit is, this Russian language volume about Hasek caught my eye. Will check it out later (yes, literally and figuratively). But wow, there's a bunch of great Hasek material there on the sixth floor!

3D Glasses in SCR

Funny thing about this blog post from my phone, last week, because I noticed today that Wired magazine now has both an article about supposedly failed 3D technologies, and one about Björk's Wanderlust 3D video. In the pic I took I was watching that video using those old-school style glasses (someone rather suggested that I do so), and my reflection is visible in one of the mirrors that were there for a particular installation. Nothing special, but it was interesting to notice.

Attended this event, early evening at CHC. Got some of Eric's stuff, and saw other cool folks. Looks like he's operating one month ahead of the rest of us (at least) :)
